relationship with VBroker Pty Ltd (e.g. as a customer, broker, business partner, employee,
on line user of the VBroker website).

the customer

Broker, you permit VBroker Pty Ltd validating your details with the MFAA (Mortgage and
Finance Association of Australia) on a regular basis. If VBroker Pty Ltd determines that
any information you have supplied is inaccurate or incorrect, VBroker Pty Ltd will remove
your access to the application and website.
Fair Use Policy
If we reasonably believe that you are not reasonably using the website or application,
without reducing or restricting our rights, where we consider your use unreasonable we may:
1. suspend your access to the website or application, or
2. cancel your access to the website or application:
Immediately and without any prior warning or notice given to you. Our
right to suspend or cancel the service without notice to you under this
clause overrides any requirement we may have to give you notice in
